Program Guidelines
Objective
The Invitation Chicks welcome the opportunity to provide all school organizations, sports teams, church groups, and other charitable organizations with a partnership fundraising opportunity that takes the hassle out of raising money. The program is very simple, organizations that sign-up to participate in the program will have the opportunity to raise funds from purchases that they initiate by using their many social contacts, and earn money from the amount of sales that are driven through the website and credited to their organization.
Goals
The goal of the Chicks for Charity Program is to allow fundraising groups an easy vehicle to earn money for their organization without having to host events, sell tickets, wash cars or any of the other jobs that take, time and people. The Chicks for Charity Program offers year long fundraising that doesn't require anything of the group except word of mouth and social networking promotion.

The Chicks for Charity Program will allow the fundraising organization a base source to earn money throughout the year by reaching out to the groups' social networks to promote shopping at the website.
How it Works
Chicks for Charity is a simple way to earn money for your organization, and works with just a few steps as noted below:
» Organizations will sign up to participate in the Chicks for Charity Program by completing an informational packet and no out of pocket expenses.
» The organization will then decide how long they would like to participate in the Chicks for Charity Program.
»The organization will then be assigned their program code.
» Upon receiving the program code, the organization will be sent their welcome electronic flyer and the first special for the current month.
» The organization will then send the electronic flyer with all their information on it, to all of their social networkingcontacts to drive those contacts to the Invitation Chicks Website, where they can make purchases of all types of gifts, cards, stamps, invitations, etc...and then plug in the specific fundraising code at checkout to credit the fundraising organization. This also enables grandparents etc..that live in other towns to contribute to their kids causes.
» Each month the group is enrolled in the program, they will receive a marketing email from the Invitation Chicks that they will then send out to all of their social network contacts with specials, new products, seasonal items, etc....that is all that is required of the fundraising organization.
» At the end of each month, The Invitation Chicks will generate a report that details the amount of purchases that are credited to the specific fundraising group. The report will also state the amount earned by the group.
» On the 10th of each month, a check will be written and mailed from The Invitation Chicks to the fundraising group for the previous months sales donation percentage.
» The program can last as short or as long as the group would like, and may be cancelled at any time, although the longer the group is involved, the larger their network will be and the more money they can earn. At the end of each year, the paperwork will be updated if the group elects to continue with the partnership.
For Example:
If a group signs up and drives $2,500 worth of sales through the website for a specific month, the group will then receive a check for 15% of the sales total, $375. Over 10 months, an organization can earn $3,750 by simply sending out a monthly email to their contacts.
How to Sign Up:
Signing up is easy. Simply email the Chicks for Charity and we will send you the information sheet to fill out about your organization, team or club and submit it to the Invitation Chicks, by fax, email or in person. You will then receive a confirmation email that has your organizations unique ID code and directions on sending out the first email to your organization members.
